The theme for the second night of Alternative Fashion Week was "Natural Occurrences", which the program described as "focus[ing] on the power of nature, sustainability and the use of of natural elements as a dominant influence in the creative process. The night explores nature and sustainability as a leading creative approach to art and design practices." The result was an ecclectic night of green design that included everything from Colleen Booth's sci-fi-tinged collection to Berlin-based designer Julia Knüpfer's fresh take on traditional knits.
